What my 1:1 Birth Prep in Ashby offers you & why it's essential antenatal education

The third trimester isn’t just a countdown. It's not about getting through the final weeks - it is about helping your body feel confident, supported, capable and ready.


And yet so much antenatal education focuses on stages of labour and pain relief options - not how your body actually works which is what I am so passionate about empowering you with.


Here’s what’s often missing in general antenatal classes:

Not just optimal positioning, but how your posture, movement patterns and daily habits influence comfort and space.

This is exactly why I created Birth Ready, a 1:1 two-part preparation:



Session one - just you, mama to be

Personalised third trimester preparation focused on how to create space in your pelvis for baby, how to encourage optimal positioning to help labour flow, focus on your posture and daily movement that will help support your labour & birth when the time comes, reduce tension in the body which is key, and build confidence learning exercises that will support your third trimester birth preparation.


Session two - with your birth partner

We walk through the stages of labour, effective movement and positions for each phase to support labour flow, and how your partner can actively support you in ways that are calm, practical and effective. This is a practical, hands on session and you'll come away with knowledge of how to work as a team in labour & birth.


It’s about feeling steady, informed and connected to your body before labour begins.

Recommended starting 32-34 weeks so if you're in or maybe approaching your third trimester, I would love to support you.


Sessions are either in my private studio space in Ashby or at your home - whichever you feel is right for you.


Each session is 90 mins, total investment of £175 for Pregnancy Yoga clients (exclusive, founding offer).
