Essential Antenatal Nurture for Your Pregnancy in Ashby ~ MONDAY EVENING CLASS IS CURRENTLY TAKING NEW BOOKINGS FROM 5TH JAN 2026 ~ Start in your second trimester, from 14 weeks.. Experience the many amazing benefits of pregnancy yoga as you nurture your mind, body and baby. Your wellbeing is so important during pregnancy and I would love to share with you the many techniques and movements than can empower your pregnancy experience and prepare you for labour and birth.. My classes focus on supporting you through yoga, breathwork, relaxation, essential pelvic health knowledge, alleviating aches and tension, and promoting good posture for a more comfortable pregnancy. All of the movements and yoga I will teach are safe and comfortable and deeply beneficial to you and your baby! I believe that sharing SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE and techniques can make you FEEL PREPARED and CONFIDENT and really EMPOWER YOU as you prepare for labour and birth. I will guide you through some HYPNOBIRTHING principles including BREATH WORK and RELAXATION techniques. You can book to join anytime, as long as there is a space available. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are in blocks of 6 consecutive weeks and is £72. If you wish to book a shorter block towards your baby being close to arrival, then of course! Please get in touch with me and I will arrange a shorter block for you. Unfortunately missed sessions cannot be reimbursed however you can use your 6 sessions across 7 weeks if needed for any missed sessions you wish to catch up on. These sessions do not automatically renew meaning if you wish to, you can re-book and purchase them every 6 weeks. Cancellation Policy
General: Participants take part in sessions and classes with the understanding that the content is not intended to replace or represent medical advice. Participants should seek advice of a health care professional and/or midwife for any health related or specific pregnancy/postnatal related issues that they are experiencing. Payment: Your place is secured by full payment in advance of starting the set of classes or course. There are no refunds available once a course is booked unless it is at least 7 days prior to the course start date and agreed by Mother Nurture Natal specifically. Missed sessions: In the event of a participant missing a session, the session is non-refundable. However for a block of 6 classes, these can be taken over a 7 week period to allow for any missed classes. Please agree this with Mother Nurture Natal if you'd like to do so. In the unlikely event that Mother Nurture Natal has to cancel a session, attempts will be made to reschedule as soon as possible. If this is not possible and an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, the participant will receive a refund for the session. Breaks in the block: Mother Nurture Natal reserve the right to pause a block booking and will give as much notice as possible for any sessions planned to be postponed. Participants will not lose a session, the block will be resumed as soon as possible and any sessions the participant cannot attend due to the pause in sessions, will be refunded.
