About Me

I'm Claire, passionate about supporting and providing much needed space for women as they navigate motherhood. 
 

Mother Nurture Natal provides the space, nurture, education and knowledge that I wish I had during my first experience as a new mum.. 

I have two healthy and beautiful children who I am so proud of and who have and continue to shape my motherhood experience.

Their arrival into my life - and the vastly different birth and postnatal experiences I had with each of them was a driving force for me.

I am a Champion for Make Birth Better - an organisation which helps to raise awareness and campaign to make birth, including the road before and the journey beyond, better for all. I have worked with them since 2020 and continue to support their mission and campaigns with passion and drive for change. 

​

As part of the Derbyshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices I am actively involved in the NHS Perinatal Pelvic Health working group to shape and improve services for women in pregnancy and postnatally relating to pelvic health. ​
