What Can I Expect?
BRAND NEW FOR 2026 Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga in Ashby These gentle yet impactful postnatal mum & baby yoga sessions are designed to support you through the early months of motherhood, helping your body heal, slowly recover and rebalance through specialist-led yoga. They are created specifically to support your physical and emotional wellbeing through motherhood. For straightforward vaginal births including 1st or 2nd degree tears, you can attend from 8 weeks.. and for assisted births including forceps/Caesarean births, episiotomy or 3rd/4th degree tear, please wait until 10 weeks as a minimum. Each session blends soothing, strengthening yoga with moments of deep rest and connection. There’s space to stretch out tired muscles, ease tension from feeding and holding your baby, and begin to rebuild strength in core muscles such as your abdominals and pelvic floor while working gently on balance and posture too. You’ll be joined by other mums - a space to share stories, and support one another as you navigate first, second or third time motherhood.. Whether your baby joins in, feeds, or naps beside you, you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and honour your body’s needs each week. I am really looking forward to welcoming you to these nurturing and gentle sessions that are created for you, for exactly what you need: space to heal and recover and gentle movement to nourish your body. Cancellation Policy
General: Participants take part in sessions and classes with the understanding that the content is not intended to replace or represent medical advice. Participants should seek advice of a health care professional and/or midwife for any health related or specific pregnancy/postnatal related issues that they are experiencing. Payment: Your place is secured by full payment in advance of starting the set of classes or course. There are no refunds available once a course is booked unless it is at least 7 days prior to the course start date and agreed by Mother Nurture Natal specifically. Missed sessions: In the event of a participant missing a session, the session is non-refundable. However for a block of 6 classes, these can be taken over a 7 week period to allow for any missed classes. Please agree this with Mother Nurture Natal if you'd like to do so. In the unlikely event that Mother Nurture Natal has to cancel a session, attempts will be made to reschedule as soon as possible. If this is not possible and an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, the participant will receive a refund for the session. Breaks in the block: Mother Nurture Natal reserve the right to pause a block booking and will give as much notice as possible for any sessions planned to be postponed. Participants will not lose a session, the block will be resumed as soon as possible and any sessions the participant cannot attend due to the pause in sessions, will be refunded.
